About Us
Pizza Twice: Our History
Pizza Twice was started in 1989 as a stand-alone store on the north side of Fredericton. It became a small chain of 18 stores in Atlantic Canada, including 3 in the Greater Fredericton Area. We became more involved in 1994 with our store's purchase in Oromocto, and in 2002, we purchased the brand to keep it local.
Pizza Twice is a local company that doesn't back down from supporting other local companies. Our boxes are made at Master Packaging in Moncton, NB, our spices for our sauce come from Barbours in Sussex, NB, and we get our mushrooms locally. RPC in Fredericton has helped develop the flour for our pizza along with the spices, and our pizza mix is made from Canadian wheat.
Our restaurants support many community initiatives, including CAMFA, minor soccer, Big Brother/Big Sister, MS Walk, and numerous volunteer organizations. We also support Cancer Relay for Life and donate over 10,000 slices for its participants each year.
