Pizza Twice: Our History

I would like to take this opportunity to introduce Pizza Twice and myself.


Pizza Twice started in Fredericton 1989, as a stand-alone store on the north side of Fredericton, and became a small chain of 18 stores in the Maritimes, including 3 in the Greater Fredericton Area. I became involved in 1994 with the purchase of a store in Oromocto, and in 2002, I purchased the brand to keep it local. Being from a small community in the northern part of our province, I was taught to believe that hard work and treating people fairly and working with your community would benefit all, and I believe it has for all Pizza Twice restaurants and the communities they are in.


Pizza Twice being a local company supports local. Our boxes are made at Master Packaging in Moncton, NB, our spices for our sauce are made in Barbours in Sussex, NB, and we get our mushrooms from Eel River, NB. RPC in Fredericton helped develop our pizza flour and spices, and our pizza mix is made from Canadian wheat.


Our restaurants support many community initiatives, including CAMFA, minor soccer, Big Brother/Big Sister, MS Walk, and numerous volunteer organizations. The one we have supported since our inception in Fredericton, is the Cancer Relay for Life with a donation of pizzas to feed the participants every year to the tune of 10,000 slices plus over the years.
